My name is Bart Tolson, I am 38 years old and grew up in Midland NC, a small town in Cabarrus county. I was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age by both of my Grandfathers, my Dad and uncle, from rabbit hunting in Stanly county, squirrel hunting in SC to fishing in every creek or pond I could ride my bike to growing up, I just could not get enough!! I went on my first deer hunt when I was 15 and have been hooked every since. I spend countless hours in the off season scouting and preparing for the upcoming season and I get after it as much as work will allow when hunting season is finally here!!!! My passion is bow hunting but still like the smell of burnt gun powder!!!
I am a member of QDMA and believe in being a good steward of the land and to all wildlife and believe that we should try to leave it better than we found it.
I am a general contractor that likes the small jobs so I can be more hands on. I have been in construction since I was 15 and have had my own business for about 12 years now.
I have to give special thanks to my wonderful girlfriend Edie, with out her encouragement and support this would not be possible, and to my daughter Kayla, who is a pretty fare farm hand. When I’m gone she keeps the critters feed.
